We want you to feel delighted with your Fizzfelt purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returning an Item

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Kindly send returns to us.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. If everything is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process it.

Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your card provider, as refunds can take a little time to appear.
  • Reach out to your bank for any delays in processing.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and can’t be refunded.

Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us by sending an email to shine@fizzfelt.com.

Gifts

For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your parcel without it.

If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we will issue you a gift credit once your return is received.

If the gift giver had it sent to themselves first, we will process the refund to them directly.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted.
